The Lowliest One is a musical group, featuring a rotating cast of performers, from New York, led by singer-songwriter and composer Peter Siegmann. The moniker refers to the early days of the group when Siegmann would perform solo and generate as much sound as he could on his own.

When you find yourself between a whisper and a shout, a flickering light show projected on the back of your eyelids and a steadied heartbeat, you know you’re listening to The Lowliest One.
